How It Works

Getting a Price Quote

We require six pieces of information in order to provide you with a price quote:

1. The total number of custom products you would like to order
2. The color(s) of the custom products you would like to order
3. The total number of colors in your custom product design
4. The location(s) where you would like your design printed (i.e., front, back, and sleeve)
5. The quantity of items you would like to order (by size or style)
6. The date by which you need your order

Starting the Order

Once you have settled on your design, number of custom products, and price, or if you have any questions, visit our 52 JFK Street location in Cambridge, give us a call at 617-864-3000, or e-mail us at custom@TheHarvardShop.com. We require a 50% deposit upfront in order for us to process your order.

We will e-mail you a PDF depicting the final custom product design. You will then have the opportunity to verify the design and e-mail us with any corrections you wish to have made.

Finishing the Order

We will notify you when your custom products are ready to be picked up. At pick-up, you can complete the final 50% of your payment. It’s that simple!
