Fiscal Year 2002
Over the summer, Harvard Student Agencies purchased The Harvard Shop from retiring board member Paul Corcoran, replacing The Campus Store.
Fiscal Year 2003
The Harvard Shop posted record sales in its first full year as an Harvard Student Agencies subsidiary.
Fiscal Year 2004
The Harvard Shop hired a team to help redesign the merchandise, overhaul the store layout, and create a website that brought in record sales online.
Fiscal Year 2005
Director of E-Services Kris Tillery revamped the company’s website to provide several services for manages, undergraduates, alumni, and anyone anywhere in the world who wanted to buy The Harvard Shop’s merchandise. Meanwhile, The Harvard Shop began the quest for one student-sponsored ring designed with its One Ring Program.
Fiscal Year 2006
The Harvard Shop’s new “One Ring” program gained momentum and saw student interest in rings double from FYE 2005.
Fiscal Year 2007
Thanks to the expansion of The Harvard Shop class rings to Harvard’s many graduate schools, the classrooms echoed from the sound of metal tapping on tables. In just a single year, IT Director Patrick Carroll’s team revamped The Harvard Shop website.
Fiscal Year 2008
The Harvard Shop entered a new online era with record web sales.
Fiscal Year 2009
The Harvard Shop expanded even further, opening a second shop in Harvard Square in the Holyoke Center.
Fiscal Year 2010
The Harvard Shop has now become the largest agency of Harvard Student Agencies. Online, the Shop expands into the media through its new Twitter and Facebook pages. The Shop also pairs with student group “Unofficial Tours” to create a better experience for Harvard tourists.
